According to Toomas Böttcher, the Project Manager of E-Betoonelement: “We have entered into a cooperation agreement with our good long-term cooperation partner Nordecon for the supply and design of elements for the IKEA representative building. We will be supplying long spanning TT panels, posts, beams, hollow core panels, and stairs for the construction of the warehouse and office building.”
“In cooperation with Nordecon, the prestigious Kalaranna quarter near the Concert Hall is presently being developed,” Toomas Böttcher adds.
According to Johannes R. Jóhannesson, the CEO of IKEA Baltics: “IKEA entered the Estonian market in August 2019 when an online store and a pick-up point was launched in Tallinn. We are extremely grateful for the successful start that has exceeded our expectations. We are now taking the next step to bring the full IKEA experience to the Estonian people. The new IKEA concept store will allow us to execute the IKEA vision – to offer the best daily life and meet the everyday needs of Estonians in an even more convenient and accessible manner.”
Kogu ehituse lepinguline maht on 23 miljonit eurot.
The assignments of E-Betoonelement will be completed mid-summer, and the building will be fully complete in the autumn of 2022.
