We manufacture precast concrete columns with the following cross-sections:
a) columns with rectangular cross-section
width 3M, 4M, 5M, 6M, 7M, 8M, 9M, 10M
height 3M, 4M, 5M, 6M, 7M, 8M, 9M, 10M,11M, 12M
Modular measurement M is 100 mm. In the case of different dimensions, the conditions for manufacturing the columns must be specified.
Recommended column dimensions are 400×400, 400×500, 500×500 and 600×600.
The corners of the mould of rectangular columns are 15x15mm
b) circular columns
ø 400 – Lmax=12000 mm
ø 500 - on special order, conditions must be specified
ø 600 - on special order, conditions must be specified
Column cantilever cross-section types are as follows:
a) reinforced concrete cantilevers: type A, type B, type C
b) plant-made steel cantilevers:
Connecting the columns to the foundation
Either column shoes are used or columns are cast in concrete foundation.
