Several element buildings with beautiful apperance have been completed in Tallinn through cooperation between E-Betoonelement and Nordecon. At the moment, the last of four houses is under completion at Sõjakooli Street, and by the end of 2019 three more element buildings with similar solution will be completed at Sammu Street.

E-Betoonelement project manager Toomas Böttcher: „Nordeconiga koostöös on Kristiine City’sse valminud juba seitse elementelamut. 2014.-2016. aastal valmisid esimesed kolm korterelamut Marsi tänavale, mis olid Aasta betoonehitise nominendiks oma uudse kommunikatsioonišahtide lahenduskontseptsiooni poolest.
Alates 2016. aastast kuni tänaseni on Sõjakooli tänavale püstitatud neli elementelamut, millest viimane on hetkel lõpetamisel. Lisaks oleme sõlminud nendega koostöölepingu veel kolmele elementmajale Sammu tänaval, mis valmivad 2019. aastal.
