E-Betoonelement and Merko Ehitus Eesti have cooperated to build a new Hilton hotel at Tartu mnt in Tallinn. E-Betoonelement delivers wall elements with beautiful graphic concrete finish and other load-bearing structural elements to the building, as well as prepares the designs of all elements in the BIM system.

Sales Manager at E-Betoonelement Erik Albert: "We are happy to announce that, in cooperation with Merko Ehitus, we are building a new Hilton hotel, which stands out with its exterior finish chosen by architect Tõnis Tarbe. The graphic surface finishing, with rather modest demand in Estonia, makes the completed building special and noticeable, as well as aesthetically fitting for the urban space.
E-Betoonelement will start deliveries this week and continue them until May 2024. We supply hollow core slabs, single- and double-layer wall elements, insulated three-layer SW walls with graphic finish, posts, beams, stair marches and landings, as well as single-layer and insulated socle elements to the Hilton Hotel.
In addition to the manufacture of elements, E-Betoonelement's contract also includes the designing of elements in the BIM model, which allows us to carefully plan for resources and avoid duplication. This also means less paperwork and that the progress of the project and deliveries can be monitored in real time."
The new Hilton hotel will have 185 rooms, the building will be built mainly as a five-story building and partly as a six-story building. The hotel will open at the end of 2024.
