E-Betoonelement and Merko Ehitus Eesti will cooperate to build two 8-storey apartment buildings in the Lahekalda residential area at Paekalda Str. 23/1 and 23/2.

Sales Engineer of E-Betoonelement Olga Freshchenko: "E-Betoonelement supplies interior and exterior wall elements, hollow core panels, beams, posts, balcony and staircase elements for the two apartment buildings in the Lahekalda residential area. Two 8-storey apartment buildings will be completed in cooperation with Merko Ehitus Eesti AS, with whom we have previously cooperated on several public, commercial, industrial and residential buildings, most recently the Tallinn Music and Ballet School, which is scheduled to open 1 September this year.
The Lahekalda residential area is located between Kadriorg and Pirita, on the scenic upland of the Maarjamäe limestone shore. From one side of the Lahekalda area you will have a good access to the wonderful views, culture and taste experiences of the Japanese Garden and Kadriorg. On the other side, there are sports facilities, a seafront promenade and health trails nearby. Good bus connections ensure convenient access to the city center without a car. A playground for children will be built in front of the apartment buildings.
E-Betoonelement started making deliveries at the end of last year and will continue until June this year. The apartment buildings are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2022.
