AS E-Betoonelement has entered into an agreement with TTP AS to design to manufacture, deliver and install reinforced concrete elements for the Pöörise residential block.

We will manufacture hollow core slabs, SW walls, partition walls and stairways for the object.
The delivery of elements will commence in August of this year and will end in May 2015.

The planned residential block in the Mustamäe district in the area between Kadaka St., Akadeemia St. and Järveotsa St. got its name from the street pattern. The sky view of the area resembles a vortex with three branches made up of access roads.

The 12-storey (3 buildings) and 14-storey (7 buildings) apartment buildings form two arcs surrounding the central square. The southern arc includes lower buildings and the northern arc higher buildings, which are situated as an open fan on the side of the planned street.
