AS E-Betoonelement Tamsalu tehase töötajatele viidi perioodil 8.12.11 kuni 14.02.12 läbi koolitusprojekt "5S juurutamine Tamsalu tehases" Euroopa Sotsiaalfondi kaasrahastamisel.
The project has been supported by the EAS measure for development of knowledge and skills.
5S system is based on five Japanese words all beginning with the letter S: SEÏRI - sort; SEÏSO - sweep; SEÏTO - set in order, straighten; SEÏKETSU - standardise, simplify; SHITSUKE - sustain the practice and self-discipline. The system involves all employees.
