E-Betoonelement is represented at the Concrete Building of the Year 2014 competition with three objects: Dirham Harbour facilities, Tallinn Rescue Depot and General Emergency Centre and Kiisa Emergency Power Plant.
Dirham's recreational craft production and maintenance base, guest house and fishing industry production building
Justification for the proposal: A building complex based on a complex and carefully selected concrete that mix in the Dirham port area. The owner's will to build the buildings of the revolving harbor in concrete, long-lasting and capital-intensive buildings.
Tallinna Päästedepoo ja Üldhäirekeskus - Osmussaare tee 2, Tallinn
Justification for the proposal: The exterior facade of the building is transformed into special reinforced concrete elements molded with mattresses of wood, imitating charred surfaces - from a distance it is difficult to see whether the facade is wood-paneled or otherwise.
Kiisa Emergency Power Station - Kiisa, Saku municipality, Harjumaa county
Justification for the proposal: It is known that there are openings of concrete walls previously designed in Estonia. This special solution was designed by the E-Betoonelement staff for the Kiisa Emergency Power Plant to receive several hundred tons of machinery.
