Next week, deliveries will commence for the expansion of Lõunakeskus in Tartu.
Project manager of E-Betoonelement Kaido Kindel: “It’s an entirely considerable project in terms of volumes, because products are delivered for an office and conference centre, movie theatre and entertainment centre, retail and service spaces and a hotel.”
Lõunakeskus in Tartu is the largest shopping centre in the South Estonia already today, valued for leisure opportunities for the whole family. The centre houses a full-size ice rink that is open year-round, AHHAA 4D Adventure Cinema, sports club, adventure park, stores and many different eateries.
