Concrete Association of Estonia announced the winners of the competition Concrete Building of the Year 2015 yesterday at the Concrete Day in Tallinna Kultuurikatel.
Main prize of the competition – Ehituse ja Tarkvara Inseneribüroo OÜ (Juhan Idnurm and Siim Idnurm) for Ihaste Bridge .
For constructing a bridge with new technology, high quality engineering solutions, nature conservation considerations and pleasant external design.
Special prize for concrete innovation – KODA, Kodasema OÜ
Excellent example of a social initiative that can move mountains when the right people (specialists) come together
Special Award for the ClientAnders Anderson – Residential building in Tabasalu, Harku Rural Municipality, Harju County
For dedication, purposefulness and boldness in making decisions upon handling concrete.
Special prize of the magazine Ehitaja – Primekss OÜ: High quality concrete floors and loading docks of Maxima logistics centre
14 structures were submitting for this year’s competition. The competition was open to concrete buildings and structures and processes used therein that were delivered to the customer during the year 2015.
