AS E-Betoonelement\u2019s contracting in connection with T1, the largest shopping and entertainment centre in Estonia has come to an end. Cooperation with the largest construction company in Estonia, Merko Ehitus Eesti AS commenced in August of 2015 and ended in the beginning of this year; the project was completed in three stages. E-Betoonelement\u2019s contracting included the working project of the elements of the structural part, product drawings for elements as well as manufacturing and delivery of elements to the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our cooperation was based on good communication, thought process focused on solutions, and professional execution. E-Betoonelement\u2019s strength is certainly their 3D design capacity, which puts them a step above others in the market. Using BIM in the T1 project provided an accurate overview of the project as a whole, enabling better planning of resources, organising work and delivery as well as a real-time overview of the course of the project. We were very satisfied with the cooperation!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cT1 shopping and entertainment centre project can be deemed to be completed successfully. Despite the fact that the massive project offered several challenges, it proved to be successful in every way. The project was complicated due to having to ensure that the precast and monolithic parts work with each other but also because of the high expectations for the customer, designer and the factory caused by short deadlines. All the solutions came into being thanks to the systematic approach and comprehensive mutual support by the parties. Because the entire project was designed as a BIM model, it ensured a smooth progress of the project. I would like to thank Merko Ehitus Eesti AS project director Priit Pullerits and site manager Rene Roone for constructive and professional cooperation. T1 shopping and entertainment centre will be completed in the autumn of this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
