Eestis toodetud taolise tunneli tarbeks esmakordselt. Lamekaarja kujuga suuregabariidiliste elementide m\u00f5\u00f5dud olid 7,64x2,53x2,47 m. Valutehniliselt keeruline projekt, kuna elemendid valati nn paigaldusasendis peaaegu kinnistes, spetsiaalselt tellitud vormides. Paigaldusgraafikust tulenevalt oli vaja toota keskmiselt 20 kaarelementi n\u00e4dalas ja tootmiskestus oli \u00fcks aasta. Oluline oli tagada maandusdetailide n\u00f5uetekohane toimimine, kaare ala- ja \u00fcla-vormipinna kvaliteet, kaitsekihtide n\u00f5uded ja elementide kujut\u00e4psus.
