E-Betoonelement signed a cooperation agreement with the main contractor Eventus Ehitus for the production and delivery of elements for Kadaka Trade Center building. The deliveries will last from November of this year until the end of January next year. The developer of the commercial building is Favorte, whose new building, to be completed at the end of 2023, will bring to the market 14,000 m2 of commercial premises of various sizes and possibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Toomas B\u00f6ttcher, the Project Manager of E-Betoonelement<\/strong>: \"In cooperation with Eventus Ehitus, we are about to start deliveries for the construction of Kadaka Trade Center for which we have manufactured hollow panels, basement panels, frame and stair elements. Deliveries by E-Betoonelement will last from November this year until the end of January next year, the building is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2023.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The building of nearly 14,200 square meters of commercial space is suitable for medium size and large companies that need premises for trade, service, office or storage. Kadaka Trade Center has been awarded class B energy label, which ensures optimal energy consumption of the building. Moreover, the focus is on saving the environment and energy by using solar panels, LED lighting, the option of heat regulation and ventilation systems with heat recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
