In cooperation with our good partners Pro Kapital Grupp AS and Nordecon AS, the Stages I and II of the Kalaranna Distric apartment buildings, including commercial premises, have been completed. Eight distinctive looking apartment buildings with underground parking garages form a beautiful and complete residential complex. Just a few steps away from the buildings, you can dip your toes in the water, enjoy the sound of the wind and get carried away by your thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E-Betoonelement project manager Toomas B\u00f6ttcher:<\/strong> \"E-Betoonelement started working on the Kalaranna District in the summer of 2020. It was a very large and detailed project, where a total of eight apartment buildings with commercial premises of different looks and sizes were to be completed in Stages I and II.\" <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"The architectural solution of the Kalaranna Disrict was created by architects Mihkel T\u00fc\u00fcr and Ott Kadarik from Kadarik T\u00fc\u00fcr Arhitektid O\u00dc, who gave each residential building a unique look. The architects have found a harmonized solution to unite a very diverse selection of finishes. In Stage I of the construction, the A, B, K and L buildings were completed. Their exteriors were created with concrete element surfaces in dark shades, which were produced as Rekli matrix surfaces<\/a>, while combinations of natural stone, aluminium-composite tiles and sheet metal solutions were used as well. In Stage II of the construction, the C, D, I and J buildings were completed, where, in addition to the finishes used in Stage I, thermally treated pine wood exterior cladding and brickwork were used,\" Toomas B\u00f6ttcher describes the finished buildings.<\/p>\n\n\n

\"E-Betoonelement supplied the site with three-layer wall elements, shell plates, hollow panels, round and square posts, beams, as well as slab and trough type balconies,\" Toomas B\u00f6ttcher noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will be also Stage III with four residential buildings to be build in the Kalaranna District, which are currently in the planning stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
