The lecturer is an authorized civil engineer, Indrek T\u00e4rno, from Projektipea O\u00dc.<\/p>\n<p>Koolitusele on oodatud projekteerijad ja ehituse projektijuhid,\u00a0ehitusprojekti tellijad,\u00a0kinnisvaraarendajad, juristid ja\u00a0ametnikud. Koolitus kestab 3x90 minutit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>The training will cover topics<\/strong> such as<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>today\u2019s problems in contracting design work and construction work;<\/li>\n<li>faulty mindsets of contracting entities in everyday practice;<\/li>\n<li>what causes a construction project to go wrong?;<\/li>\n<li>basic knowledge to avoid mistakes;<\/li>\n<li>terms\u2014i.e. what the terms mean;<\/li>\n<li>tasks of the contracting entity, tasks of the designer, tasks of the builder;<\/li>\n<li>preparation of design, draft plan of design project, agreement of construction consultation;<\/li>\n<li>stages of design project;<\/li>\n<li>structure of design project and fields of design;<\/li>\n<li>main design, design management;<\/li>\n<li>forms of design contracting, general contracting, and co-contracting;<\/li>\n<li>time schedule of design work;<\/li>\n<li>integrity and concordance of design project;<\/li>\n<li>designer oversight;<\/li>\n<li>product drawings;<\/li>\n<li>expert assessment of construction project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>TIME SCHEDULE OF TRAININGS:<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">09:45 \u2013 10:00 Registration<br>\n10:00 \u2013 11:30 Lecture<br>\n11:30 \u2013 11:45 Coffee break<br>\n11:45 \u2013 13:15 Lecture<br>\n13:15 \u2013 14:15 Lunch<br>\n14:15 \u2013 15:45 Lecture<br>\n15:45 \u2013 16:00 Q&amp;A<\/p>\n<p>Participants of the training will receive a certificate with 6.0 TPs (points of advanced training established by the EEL professional committee).
