Several element buildings with beautiful apperance have been completed in Tallinn through cooperation between E-Betoonelement and Nordecon. At the moment, the last of four houses is under completion at S\u00f5jakooli Street, and by the end of 2019 three more element buildings with similar solution will be completed at Sammu Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E-Betoonelement project manager Toomas B\u00f6ttcher:<\/strong> \u201eNordeconiga koost\u00f6\u00f6s on Kristiine City\u2019sse valminud juba seitse elementelamut. 2014.-2016. aastal valmisid esimesed kolm korterelamut Marsi t\u00e4navale, mis olid Aasta betoonehitise nominendiks oma uudse kommunikatsiooni\u0161ahtide lahenduskontseptsiooni poolest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alates 2016. aastast kuni t\u00e4naseni on S\u00f5jakooli t\u00e4navale p\u00fcstitatud neli elementelamut, millest viimane on hetkel l\u00f5petamisel. Lisaks oleme s\u00f5lminud nendega koost\u00f6\u00f6lepingu veel kolmele elementmajale Sammu t\u00e4naval, mis valmivad 2019. aastal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grey relief concrete with imitation joints has been used in the finish of all buildings, which provides beautiful and original appearance to the buildings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meie koost\u00f6\u00f6 Nordeconiga on kestnud pikalt ja see on olnud r\u00f5\u00f5mustavalt tulemuslik. Tunneme teineteise t\u00f6\u00f6stiili ja teame ootusi ning omavaheline kommunikatsioon on ladus.
