AS E-Betoonelement was awarded with the special prize for the building for the apartment buildings in Helme street in the Concrete Building of the Year 2011 competition. The architects were Kalle Vellevoog and Velle Kadalipp from the architectural bureau JVR O\u00dc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Opinion of the jury: The architect and the developer have found the opportunity to use several diverse concrete surfaces, created by different technologies. To acquire the graphic concrete images, the company\u2019s own innovative solution has been found that is more economical than the one used up to now. The result is eye-catching and of high-quality.\nThe rubber matrix technology for designs of relief concrete surfaces gives increased choise for architects and customers in the designing of concrete surfaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each chamber of the concrete band shell reverberates in a different pitch.
