Projekt<br>Customer: Palmse Mehaanikakoda O\u00dc<br>Contracting by AS E-Betoonelement: design, elements, transport and assembly<br>Project Manager: Priit K\u00e4rner<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priit K\u00e4rner, the Assembly and Project Manager of AS E-Betoonelement: \u201cIt was the Customer\u2019s desire to get all works, from foundations up to the closed framework, from the same company. Normally, we do not prepare foundations and floors ourselves, so these works are carried out by the subcontractors.<br>The facade elements are the most challenging part of the project, as they are very sensitive after the performance of patina stain finish. They require special treatment at the factory, by transportation and by assembly. The assembly work is started today and the topping out will be held in the week 25\/12.<br>Cooperation with the customer has been constructive at which time we got positive feedback and the weaknesses have been pointed out.
